SHIPPING POLICY

PRODUCTION TIME
Personalized products take approximately 5-8 business days for production. Non-personalized items usually ship within 2-5 business days*. Please see product listings for specific processing times. Shipping time is in addition to the production time. Sweet Lenora Designs has a set holiday schedule for days we will be closed. These days will not be included in production time. 

Once your order is processed by our shipping department, you will receive a shipment email, along with your tracking number. During periods of heavy order volume, we will also process shipments at night and on the weekends. Orders shipped on Saturday or Sunday will not be picked up until Monday by the respective carrier, however, you will still receive an email that your order has shipped.

*This production time is only an estimate. During holidays and peak seasons production can exceed this standard time frame. Also, on occasion some orders may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

DIGITAL PROOFS
If you request a digital proof of your personalized design, we will send you an email from cs@sweetlenora.com with your digital proof for approval in 2-5 business days. Please reply promptly with your approval to avoid any delays in processing your order. Your order will not be shipped until your approval is received. Your digital proof will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided during checkout. 

RUSH ORDERS
If you need your order for an event or a firm date, please contact us at cs@sweetlenora.com and we will do our best to meet your deadlines. We do offer a rush order service for most products.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
For orders shipping to the United States, we offer standard and expedited shipping. Items will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days for arrival. If you need your items sooner, please select an upgraded shipping option during checkout. If you need your order to be shipped via overnight service, please contact us.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and are not responsible for delays during transit. Even if a special delivery date is requested, we will do our best to accommodate this request, but cannot guarantee any arrival date. We have no control over transit time once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. 

With few exceptions, you will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped.

If a package is returned back to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to re-send the items. In some cases, this may be higher than the shipping amount originally paid.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship all of our products worldwide! Because shipping rates vary widely depending on the location, please contact us for an international shipping quote. Recipients are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery, and is not part of the shipping charges paid.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
During checkout you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Sweet Lenora Designs is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. Custom and personalized orders will not be refunded due to incorrect shipping information.

 

RETURN POLICY

Sweet Lenora Designs wants to you to be 100% satisfied with your experiences with us! We design, create, inspect and hand package every order and take great pride in our products.

All sales are final on personalized items, unless there was an error on our part. Personalized items are created unique for you and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  If there was a problem with your order please contact us at cs@sweetlenora.com within 10 days of delivery.

For non-personalized items, you may return your item within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be received in new and resalable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer must pay return shipping.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at cs@sweetlenora.com. Please included your name, order number and reason for the return. We will respond to you with further instructions within 1 business day following your request.

Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the return is not a result of Sweet Lenora Designs error.

Any returns requested outside of this 10 day window will be denied.

Damage During Shipping or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us at cs@sweetlenora.com within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite the replacement process please include photos of the item and shipping box if damage occurred. A replacement will be shipped as soon as possible. However, in some cases we may request the item be shipped back to us prior to a replacement or refund being granted.

Color Variances Disclaimer
Please keep in mind colors of the final product can vary slightly from what you see on our website or marketing materials. While we try our best to assure your products arrive the exact hues shown, many computer monitors and phone screens have various settings which can alter the hue of the photo. The actual color of your product may differ from the color displayed on your monitor due to the printing process of each product and the settings of your monitor. Colors can also differ from product to product as they can set into certain surfaces differently thus appearing differently. Please keep this in mind when ordering our products. We will not offer any replacements or refunds for color variations.
