How do I contact Sweet Lenora Designs?
Please visit our Contact Us page. Email is the most efficient way to reach us. When emailing us please include your name, email address and order number (if applicable) so that we may respond to your questions as soon as possible.We recommend you review our FAQ page here, as you may find your questions answered.If you are contacting us to track your order, you may do so anytime on our website here. This will enable you to view the status of your order and tracking number if you order has shipped.
Do you offer any coupons or discounts?
Please follow us on Facebook or subscribe to our newsletter to receive the latest discounts and sales. (Your can unsubscribe at anytime.)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Personalized products take approximately 8 business days for production. Non-personalized items usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.* (Please see product listings for specific processing times.) Shipping time is in addition to this.If you need your order for an event or a firm date, please contact us and we will work with you to choose the best shipping options and, if needed, a Rush Service to meet your deadline.Sweet Lenora Designs has a set holiday schedule for days we will be closed. These days will not be included in production time.Once your order is processed by our shipping department, you will receive a shipment email, along with your tracking number. During periods of heavy order volume, we will also process shipments at night and on the weekends. Orders shipped on Saturday or Sunday will not be picked up until Monday by the respective carrier, however, you will still receive an email that your order has shipped.*This production time is only an estimate. During holidays and peak seasons production can exceed this standard time frame. Also, on occasion some orders may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
What is your shipping policy?
Please view our shipping policy.We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Even if a special delivery date is requested, we will do our best to accommodate this request, but cannot guarantee any arrival date. We have no control over transit time once your order has shipped.With few exceptions, you will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGWe ship all of our products worldwide! We do not currently offer flat rate or free shipping because shipping rates vary widely depending on the location. Please contact us for an international shipping quote.
How do I track my order?
You may view the status of your order and tracking information if your order has shipped on the “Order Status” page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change or cancel your order and we will try our best to accommodate. We will accept changes to orders (i.e. different size, design, colors, etc.) if they are received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be guaranteed if the design process has already begun. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may be subject to a 25% design fee. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,  American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number as is on file with your bank or credit card company. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Payment is due at the time the order is submitted as all products are custom made to order.
Why does the color on my actual product not look the same as it does on the web?
Please keep in mind the actual color of your product may differ from the color displayed on your monitor or other marketing materials due to the printing process of each product and the settings of your monitor. For the same reason, some product colors may also differ from product to product. Colors can set into certain surfaces differently & thus appear differently from product to product and from product to computer screen. Please keep this in mind when ordering our products. We will not offer any replacements for color variations.
I am sending my order directly to someone as a gift, do you include pricing info in the box?
No, the invoices included with your order will not include any pricing information.

Can you create a custom design for me?
We would love to design something special for you! Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for. Custom design work is available on a case by case bases depending on the current workload of our Creative Director.
What is your holiday schedule?
Please view our holiday schedule for a complete list of dates we will be closed. Schedule is subject to change without prior notice.  Dates that we are closed will not be included in production time.
